Best way to clean plastics?

I'm new here and just purchased a 2011 GG Evo X. What is the best way to clean the grill and rear diffuser plastics? They are starting to fade and I just want them to be more black and look newer. Thanks in advance!

First wash and dry car as normal to remove all dirt and dust. The use a product called back to black, I think its made by mothers but im not positive. Dab a lil on a rag amd wipe all ur black plastics evenly. Stuff works wonders!

I use back to black by mothers on anything plastic on my car (exterior) . It works wonders. Just make sure you apply a even coat and don't apply it when your cars been sitting out in the sun.

How damaged is it? I used back to black on a friends Evo 8 with sun damaged plastic and it didn't do that much, I admit, it made it better.

Back to black is a dressing. However there are some rumors on the detailers forums that a new for 2014 formula will come out soon which will actually penetrate the plastic and darken it.

For the time being, Back to black will not restore or fix the plastic, just make it look a little better for a while. If you want to FIX the plastic then you will need something like this:

1 oz should be enough to take care of about 15 evo's. A little bit of product really does go a long way!

I think poorboy makes a product that's supposed to work very well...can't recall the name but I'm sure you can find it.
