Estimated Power For New Setup?

Hey guys I don't want to seem like a tool asking these questions but I figured I would get a good feel from people what have similar setups. I stockpiled a mess of parts im putting on my stock X, wanted to see what kind of power this stuff might produce on a mustang dyno.

EF 2.5 Ported both sides with 3" Inlet
GSC S2 274 Cams with Beehive springs
Injen 3.5/3" Intake
Buschur 4" IC with Buschur 2.5" LICP
1 Piece Muse UICP 2.5"
AFI Twinscroll Tubular Manifold
AMS Widemouth DP
TurboXS HFC
Ultimate Racing Performance Catback
FIC 1050CC ASNU Injectors
DW65C w/ GM Filter sock
New Laser Iridium Plugs
Grimmspeed EBC
Cosworth Head Gasket with ARP Studs

Just trying to ballpark my setup, will be trying to get this bad boy tuned afterwards through so suggestions whether Cobb AP would be better than Evoscan/ECUflash. Thanks for your help!

I wouldnt mess with the manifold unless you're putting a big boy turbo on. I would just utilize the stock one but thats just me.

I would drop the manifold and invest in a FPR, also the 4 inch intercooler seems a bit over kill as well.

With the extra left from dropping the mani, maybe put it towards a better clutch.

I just figured since I was ripping the old manifold off i might throw on a tubular manifold, might compliment the cams in the top end. Worth while getting a fuel pressure regulator setup? Whats the benefits? And im only going to run 93 pump on this btw. I have a comp stage 2 clutch now, only 1k miles. Got it and said I would never mod this car, look how that turned out haha. Yeah the IC is big may be a little laggy at first, just seems like the stock x spools really fast compared to the 8's

I put on a 3.5 inch mishimoto intercooler and it was doggy as hell until I got a tune.

Yeah I gotta get a good basemap running before I can even try to crank this thing over. What kind of supporting mods do you have?

Just the basics right now. ETS V2 exhaust , dp and straight tp , Injen intake and UICP , Mishimoto LICP, Mishimoto performance intercooler, GS 3 port, I have 1000cc injectors, an aeromotive 340 fuel pump, and an FPR sitting on the site as well but im waiting for a turbo upgrade before I put those in. I need to upgrade my engine internals a bit before that.

Right now im sitting around 344 hp /341 tq after a tune

With those parts I'd ballpark it at around 500whp/400wtq on a dynojet with E85 and a good tune. Probably more like 420/350 on pump gas.

That's my totally off the cuff guess, obviously a lot of factors both knowable and unknowable will go into the final result. Be sure to let us know what you actually make once you get the work done.

I'm very interested to know how you like that EF2.5 turbo, I've been considering a similar upgrade. That one seems like the sweet spot to me.

I'd say you won the lottery on this one. I did TBE, CAI, EBC, IC, and hard pipes. I only made 316whp with 93 on a mustang.

Did you delete the cat? What boost levels are you running?

Very nice setup! you made great power from that stuff alone. What kind of turbo upgrade were you thinking, I would say if your gonna stay with stockframe you should be okay with staying with stock internals. Im changing my headstuds to help a little with the stress.

Yeah that seems about right, wish I could pull off E85 but it would be such a hassle for me to get and considering this car is just a weekend car and not a DD i don't think E85 would sit to well for a week. Who knows though. I was looking to make closer to 400wtq but will probably fall short especially with a mustang dyno. Off topic but wanted to mention i had a megan coated tubular header on my old evo 8 and never had any issues. It was on there for 60k miles, no cracking. Thanks for all the input! I will make a thread of the assembly this coming week with pics, should have 2 mechanics with me (1 mitsu mech,1 hyundai). Will have good pics of the EF 2.5 to show what the finished product looks like after you send your core turbo into to be done.
