Auto start on evo x mr?
I've seen it done, but those that get it done need a really good place to get it done at. Why do you want it if you're in San Francisco? Usually people want it where it snows so they can warm up the car before they get out to it? Just curious let us know how it turns out for you!
you need a remote start device (viper, compustar etc) and and immobilizer interface (such as idata, xpresskit, fortin)
the MR is treated as any other car. definately use a refutable company and quality parts.

It doesn't mess with fast key as you are still required to have it on you to turn the auto locking steering and put the car into the run position. without wearing the key on you the car would shut down as soon as you put your foot on the brake to go into gear.
Also select compustar units have a turbo timer feature that can be activated on them. so you don't even need to purchase a seperate turbo timer. Check with fortin on their webpage and download the install guide. It will probably explain it better than I am.
cheers
