2015 evo X
All MRs were that way, since 2008. I liked it personally, never really liked the off black. All relative.
It's the same tactic that saved Apple from bankruptcy.
Mitsubishi Motors is just now starting to climb out of the red. After that, they can focus on performance cars that don't have high return values, considered more halo cars.
No idea about those last ones but wasn't the fuel pump relay fixed a long time ago?
Fuel pump relay has gone through many iterations. Finally fixed in late '12, back to the original black style.
The diff pins were fixed on the 2011 models.
Master cylinder is still the same. Just buy an aftermarket one such as AMS, and you'll be fine if you're worried about it. Never had an issue with mine on my 2011.

Base MR 2011+ basically = 2010 SE minus the non BBS wheels of the SE which also basically makes the 2010 SE not very special really.
2008 MR had body color vents and chrome accents on all packages.

(There are side air curtains in the seat side bolsters.)
Confirmed: it's because of airbags:

So you might have warranty and/or insurance issues if you retrograde your seats.
The seats look okay, just a tad better than the RA's. If I'm not mistaken the '15 Evo's in Canada do get the Recaro seats and I'm not sure why the US versions don't?
I gotta ask though, why did they put the power button on stereo on the right hand side? It just looks like these stereo's were left overs from the European market and thrown in. My brother got in my RA and first thing he said was, why is the power button on that side?

If you don't mind me asking, what was the difference in price between the 14 and 15? When I was shopping around, the 14s were marked up pretty high at $10,000 at a particular dealer. Just curious.
You can use TRUECAR, but remember it has to apply to IN STOCK cars, so you will have to negotiate with the dealership that currently has the Evo. I could have got my 2014 MR with just an accessories package for $35,500 if I was willing to drive it 500 miles back, but I was also dealing with a trade and that's a little more complicated. I took a $2500 hit on the price of the Evo to sell my trade for what I wanted and have them truck it back instead.
Dealerships are willing to definitely sell both the 2014 and 2015 for a good price, you just have to find the right dealership and be open to color and options. It gets harder when you start choosing a year, color, and options, once dealers know you want specific things and knowing the limited availability on specifics, they can use that against you.
