2015 evo X
Do you know why?
At least I wouldn't feel bad about getting an aftermarket seat, sans not having a side impact airbag. And evidently Mitsu (mind blown) isn't taking the price of the Recaros off the sticker.
Too bad telescoping steering wheels aren't a safety requirement. Hoped after 8 years in production they would have made that an option.

something about a moveable head rest being required...from what I hear.
Hi folks,
I just went Puente Hills and Cerritos dealers looking for the 2014 Evo MR. They are doing mark up (+6K - 10K) on top of the MSRP price. So I change my mind to get a 2015 Evo MR instead.
Does any one know which dealers have the good offer for the 2015 MR?
The Cerritos one gave me a ridiculous offer for the 2015 Evo MR $40000 + $5000 (mark up) + Taxes +... around $50000 OTD...
Thanks!

You could have your pick of 2014's from a dealership here in Houston for under sticker.
The non fold down back seats are an annoyance, so is the lack of trunk space. But honestly I don't daily drive it so it's not that serious.
To me, the 2014 is the last of the real EVO's, and I bought mine brand new for that reason alone. You should run and grab up that Fiesta, that is one of the most fun cars I have ever been behind the wheel of, no BS. (Owned a Focus ST as well, similar fun, but the handling is crazy better in the Fiesta even with substantially less power)
My next car is going to say "Hellcat" on the back, so I may be daily driving the evo sooner than I thought

1.) Find someone replacing their seats and buy their old ones
2.) Try and order seats from the dealer for a 2014
3.) Try and order the seats directly from Recaro
4.) Order aftermarket seats from Recaro
I'd look into all of those options, and if one suites your needs, jump on it. If you're willing to go to PA to buy the car, I could maybe set you up with a dealer that would sell you a 2015 with Recaros. I'd have to ask.
