2015 evo X
I've been wanting to trade my wicked white X for quite some time now. But with the additional $11k markup price on the 2014s, that leaves me no choice but to go with the 2015s. My plan now is to replace the recaros with a pair of cheap racing seats, keep the recaros & put them on the 2015! Smart idea guys? Lol
everyone calm the F down..I hate the 015 seats too, but im going as far as to say its not an evo anymore. they are just seats. im not a fan of blinker mirrors but it wouldn't keep me from buying one.
and this rumor of mark up on 2014's is BS, south coast has 16 Gsr's at normal price. and for the frist time in a minute Mitsubishi is offering a $500 factory rebate on the evo too boot.
Im still wondering aobut this 2015 SE EVO they said they would roll out in limted numbers.

For just a base gsr it's already well over $47k!
They all have the chrome cover as well, except the outlander v6. Not sure about the 4 or the sport, but they do have the mirrors.
Honestly the mirror and chrome bit are nit picky, you can black the chrome out and if you really hate the mirror you could swap it for not that much. The seats though... ugh. Getting different seats is such a pain on modern cars, air bag warning lights, etc. I wonder if these would accept the seats from a pre-2015 as a direct replacement?
What I don't get is I see other seats very similar to these that are in other 2015 models, so what's the deal? Was it really a safety issue or was Mitsubishi just cheap?
