2015 evo X
Someone pinch me I must be dreaming.
I knew of the rumor but actually seeing these hideous seats in an Evo makes me sad.
Get a 2014 if you're looking for a new one otherwise stay far away from this crap.

NO RECARO SEATS? NO PROJECTORS? FLAGSHIP STI RIDE?
Why Mitsubishi why.. all serious, I would think that since the new STi came out, they would've produced something competitive or at least something nice before they stop production ;/

But I can not come up with a word to describe how those ****** seats make me feel..
This and u can always retrofit projectors in.The seats u can upgrade to recaros or bride..
This. I've always loved evos, but I just can't justify pay 30k for a vehicle with such a terrible interior anymore. I was actually thinking that I might pick up a 2015 in a couple months, but there is no way that would happen now. I can't believe how terrible it looks..
I see lament for Recaros and I kinda join them. But here are the things I should be really complaining about.
EVO is 8 year old car (07-15) its platform and R&D have long been paid off, but it still costs $35k especially that now $ is soaring and Yen is weak again, and being a Japanese import it should be a lot cheaper just on currency rate. They could've used lack of Recaros to not damage resale value and **** off previous buyers and they could've bombed the market and got to younger audience(example moving from high 30's and low 40's towards high 20's and low 30's) with more competitive pricing and EVO branding(not to mention that Ralliart could've got itself into 25k territory). But they decided to leave it as it is and have another so & so year and miss out on a fanbase and eventually bigger money(more volume+more dealership work+more parts sold). Instead of being a year to get EVO for everyone, they decide to keep it for idk part selling reasons or whatsoever. Dissapointing.
Also to mention, I had a drive in EVO VI, in what surprised me in a version without Recaro seats, kinda something like RS I think, not sure.
