3. Get a Dodson Sump. pushing the sst before its up to operating temp is very bad.

4. When/if you get the car tuned, make damn sure you're tuner knows what they are doing. Contact eric @ Kozmic in houston,tx. They are the sst kings.

5. Learn how to properly operate the SST. It is a twin clutch automated manual, not a typical torque converter automatic, nor is it a cvt, and should not be driven as one.

6. ????

7. Profit
I do not understand how to stay below 350 Nm when the car is 370 stock I do not understand something maybe ?

370 nm is ~270 lb ft. You want to keep it under 350 lb ft of torque, ~475 nm.

I don't think this is true. Try this - When on an incline (facing uphill), barely let off the brakes. You will notice that the car rolls backwards. This is because the SST hasn't engaged the clutches yet since it believes the brakes are still holding the car stopped. A tradition automatic won't do this.

Its 100% true.

Go for a drive and log clutch pressures and you can see for yourself.

I've put about 2 years of severe track use on the SST and it's still ticking. 310 hp and 320 tq on Kozmic's mustang dyno. Stock turbo /w boltons. Just keep your oil fresh and you're fine.

For DD/track use stick to 10k oil change intervals. For pure track use, i'd swap every 6-8 events. 20k if its pure DD. 30k is recommended but i've found shifting gets a little notchy towards the end of life of the oil and a fresh oil change gets it smooth as butter again.

That's very hard on the SST

Is it wrong respinding to a thread from a few years back that’s still relevant?

I came from a 8 MR, I just want to point out that im going towards 175000 miles in my DD 2010 MR that i bought brand new.
Im tuned with bolton’s around 350whp since 60000 miles.
I drove/drive the car in normal and sport 99.99% of the time, i never beat on her except some wot once in a while on the highway, SS once in a blue moon.
My first sst oil change was at 56000 miles and second at 100000, no sst oil change since then. She still runs great as my DD Beast!

Most reliable car i ever had!
