TurboSmart blowoff Valve ??
I bought a BOV dual port, I've had it just over a year and its not releasing vacuum? It's still building the same amount of boost, when I engage the clutch... Nothing?
Has anyone ever had this issue? I have cleaned it twice since i've had it. Still acts like its stuck.
I put the stock bov back on.

What oil are you using after you clean it? Anything viscous, like motor oil, is going to cause issues. Does the piston show any signs of scoring or damage?
If everything checks out, I'd contact Turbosmart about sending it in to have them service it.

I cleaned it with WD40 and did not put any type of oil on it. Small scoring, nothing terrible but very minor. I had the spring about half way on the lose side. Never moved it from that position and it has always been great. Just out of the blue it had issues. Should I worry about my engine or turbo at all? Also, all the lines and connections look good. So I know its in the BOV for sure. TurboSmart told me to contact LancerShop where I purchased it at so they can give me more information, lancershop told me to contact turbosmart. lol
Not quite sure what to do from here.?
BTW
Thank you for the quick reply, very helpful!

The factory unit you put back on works correctly, right?
Your car is probably fine. Might have put a little extra wear on your turbo but if it was short-term I wouldn't worry.
Did you check the O-ring for damage? If it's not sealing it could be your issue. Honestly I think you should call Turbosmart back and ask if you can send it in for inspection. They probably think you're after a replacement or return.
