Side question, why did you end up deciding not to keep it?

 

I have brand new oem badging if you need it, the logo, Mitsubishi, lancer, and evolution. All still in plastic wrapping.

 

You can contact eleventy billion more, and their opinion, much like ours here in internet world will be meaningless, as the car does not belong to them. Let me repeat, you know that statement you get every month and you send a check out? Yeah, those are the people who own the car. They will send an inspection company to check the originality of the car, condition, modifications. Then they will report to the owners what they find, and you will have a bill if the inspector is good enough and knows the car.

 

I just want to get the opinion of those who havw retunred their cars and the type of damages they were billed for ?

 

multiple reasons but I just wasn't in love with the car anymore...the lease was up and I just couldn't imagine it being my only car/DD.

You can make a deal with dealer if you "trade in". If you "Return" that can be different story.

My sister leased her car before. Car condition was OK and over milies. She just traded in to another vehicle at same dealer and done.

Deal is always there.
