I would agree if the car weren't discontinued, but now that it is, 5k miles will probably be treated like "like new" by most people for a 2014 model. Yea you can still get a truly new 2015 for not too much more, and I agree that's the better option in most circumstances, it's gonna be VERY hard to get a truly new 2014 now so I think, again, with the car being discontinued, 5k miles is gonna be treated very favorably. But yes, you still have to run the risk that someone threw on some mods and screwed it up after a couple thousand miles. Still have to get it fully checked of course.

 

I bought my 2014 GSR with SSSL, 15,000 miles, 1 well known owner with all knowledge of history for 29k OTD... (was $38,500 when new)
