I use the motive at 20-23psi.

5psi would not work very well and you would have to keep pumping it up which would kind of defeat the purpose.

I've never had an issue with mine between 5 and 10psi

hmm well I usually do mine before or between track day weekends so maybe im trying to move more fluid out then you are so I like to use the higher psi!

I'm at 20 psi too on my Motive. Just gets it done faster. There is some logic that the higher pressure moves bubbles out of the system better, but if you're not ever draining it dry, it won't matter. If you ever do swap flex lines and have the system dry, don't let the whole system empty, because bleeding the ABS pump is a pain and a half.
