Evo x 30k service!
Hey guys!
Just wondering if any of you have done their 30K service on your evo's? What is the most important stuff to buy and change. I know if I take it to the dealer they will make a hole in my wallet.. Does anyone have done their 30k service and what they recommend to do or buy?
Thanks

Well, there's already a thread about the 15k service. And the 30k will be the same stuff plus a little extra. I believe there was some things they told the guy to wait til 30k to get done so you might want to read through this.

Basically going to be a full drivetrain flush. After I hit 30k my clutch was a little beat from all of the highway pulls on power levels well over stock. If any extra maintenance is needed have them do it while things are apart. Had a shop that wasn't even going to charge labor or anything on the fluids since the tranny was getting popped open anyways. MAP sells a complete drivetrain service kit for when you hit the 30k mark.
