I want to make the body of the car more rigid, but more so because I like to tinker with my car and to make it my own even more so.

Do you plan on taking the car on the track? Adding a roll cage?

I plan on tracking it, but I rather hold off on the roll cage as much as possible because it is my daily for the moment. I am wondering if it effects driveability in a negative

I wouldn't want to take it all apart and create a ton of rattles for limited benefit. Why don't you try and make your own exhaust if you're handy with welding? Would be unique and all your own.

I haven;t thought about a custom exhaust yet, but I will keep that in mind. I currently have a 3 inch turbo back exhaust, and I don't know much about creating a good exhaust as of yet.

seem welding only worth to do, if you put the cage in.

no but really it's kinda silly to disassemble the entire car for seam welding and not put in a cage

do both or do neither

to do the seem welding alone wont do as much as improvement in safety, and rigidity as the full cage.
So you can do cage without seem welding and would be a big improvement, but do seem welding without caging wont be near as much.

Make sense caging without seem welding, but not the opposite way.

Granted the real deal is doing both if you do race your car seriously :O
