Whats this/should i be concerned?

I looked at a evo x today with low miles and was said to have been stored for a few years because of a guy in the military had it. It ran amazing and is in great condition but i found one thing im not so sure about. It came from wisconsin so im worried this may be salt damage due to snow. Please help me know what it is and should i be worried. Thanks alot!

Can you circle what you are concerned about? That looks pristine to me unless I'm missing something. All I see is road dirt and normal scum from being the bottom of a car.

I just meant that grey part in general, i didnt know if the color it and the dirtyness was something to be concerned with. I hadnt seen a part look like that on the bottom of a car before. Im inexperienced with cars as you can probably tell.
