Hi,

I recently did a track day in my Evo X (FQ300 SST) and a warning message kept popping up on my dash whenever I was cornering had. The error was an exclamation mark in a circle - like this (!) - with the text "Check" underneath. The error would pop up whenever I was cornering hard, but then go away once I'd cleared the corner.

I took it to a local garage and they were able to scan the codes. The fault report was "AFS/ACL/Levelling" with a DTC of U0100 and the Description "Engine CAN Timeout". I turned off the AFS and ASC but the error popped up again when I cornered hard (and went off once i'd cleared the corner). I drove the car and it was fine and it has been fine since.

I've done some googling but can't find anyone reporting the same thing. Has anyone got any experience of this and any advice on what to do to fix it (or to ignore it if it's not a problem).

However
I suggest you get a OBD2 scan tool to read the code yourself
Something like an OBDlink LX or similar depending on if you have Android or iPhone
