I need help. Unsolvable issue

I have a 2011 Gsr. 88k miles. New timing chain. Mods are K&N intake, upper intercooler piping, Ets dump, Cobb exhaust. It’s been tuned.
Currently no check engine codes.

So I’ve been having this issue for about two months now. My car initially went into a very reputable local evo shop to get a new timing chain. Around that time it started having this major hesitation under normal driving. The car jerks and then for a few seconds I literally have zero throttle response. I can put my foot to the floor and get nothing. The car just stays at like 3k rpm and will slowly lose speed until a few seconds later I’ll get throttle response again. This happens every time I drive the car, the whole drive. I can’t even go on the freeway anymore. The guy who did my timing claimed this was the ecu putting me in limp mode because it hadn’t re learned the timing. At this point that’s proven not true. I’ve dropped my car off 4 times there and he’s “fixed it” only to leave the shop and fifteen miles down the road it’s happening again. I don’t know what to do or where to go at this point. I do have this happening on video but I don’t know how to upload to here. I tried posting on some evo Facebook pages and I got anywhere from TPS sensor to fuel pump to injectors to bad tune to MAF sensor. I’m just looking for someone who has experienced something like this and can point me in the right direction so I just don’t throw money at my car blindly to not fix it. I love the evo community and my car but if I cannot figure this out soon I’m going to have to get rid of it. And I hate that.

It started happening after your timing chain so it's pretty obvious that's the cause. I would suck it up and take the car to someone else to pop the timing chain cover off and check the timing and re-time the engine. If it's off one tooth somewhere it's not going to run right but it will still run.

Yep agreed suck it up and take it to someone else. obviously this guy doesn't want to do the work twice.
Your timing chain is probably off 1 teeth. I had the same delay throttle issue when I tried to install the
timing belt myself on my old car. After rechecking I found the timing was off by 1 teeth and problem fixed.
look it up on google throttle delay after timing belt replacement
