IF THAT PICTURE WAS REALLY OF THE EVO X WE WOULD HAVE SEEN MORE THAN JUST ONE SHOT A MILLION TIMES!
If that is how the 10 is going to look I am in!! That black rendering rocks! With our luck the X will only be available in the UK and Japan. I hope Mitsu can stay in business long enough for US distribution.
The black rendered car may look "tite" or "hot" or "kick-****", but it doesn't look very aerodynamic/practical to me.
FIRST: if Mitsu were to continue using this as a platform for rallying, that design is definitely a no-go in my opinion. The front bumper design suggests it won't have much clearance for the rough terrain, and the "aero downforce" is probably useful only to scoop up leaves.
SECOND: if Mitsu were NOT to use the evo as their rally platform, it still looks like it has too much frontal resistance. Of course only wind-tunnel testing may probably prove that. But compare that front end to all other other "sports" car available today; a little too much, isn't it?

The Evo X will NOT look like anything posted.
If I may be permitted one more analogy - you guys are arguing about who is going to win the superbowl in 2010.
Stoopid.
