HOW TO: Install Cone Filter
I just completed this mod and I have to say of all the mods I have done in the past, this was the most suprising. I can't believe the sound that comes out of the engine with just a filter installed. For 20$ I'd recomend everyone do this.
I fell victim to the spinning srew as well and I had to pry the bolt with a flat head screw driver while pulling on teh bolt head with a needle nose. But the trouble was so worth it as I am very impressed with the results.
Warning though.......You will definately be looking to do more mods right after!!!

I'm having some trouble getting the first two bolts off ((the two 10mm in the first picture of the thread)) Is there a special way to remove them since they have the washers on them as well??
also what size cone did you use?? I went for a little extra and bought a K&N filter because the color goes better with my RRX
Thanks
