tranny and diff change
I have an 08 Evo X gsr, need to do a tranny and diff fluid change. What should I use for each? Track the car 2-3 times a year and drive her pretty hard. I have 19k on the car, should I change the AYC fluid also?

To add to this, you guys all have problems with grinding gears when the trans is cold? It's like 90° here, but the first 3-5 miles of driving it grinds into 2nd, 3rd, sometimes 4th. Kind of annoying. Fluids were just changed 8,000miles ago, and i'll do it again if you guys are saying this AMS oil is going to solve that issue.
