Put mine in this morning with a new Redline boot and an A6 Leopard. Feels great. If you have the cash I can't see any reason not to do this.

It took me about 2 hours without a dremmel. That includes 10 minutes seeking out the band aid for the gash on my finger from hammering out the clips. The one clip is a bit of a pain but doable. I'm not at all mechanically inclined either.

Hah good assurance, I want to install mine without the use of a dremel.

Any pics? I'm looking to get the Redline Goods shift boot, arm rest cover and e-brake cover. About the boot, did you get it 1.2" shorter to accommodate the short throw shifter? Also, did you get white stitching or some kind of light silver stitching to match the steering wheel's stitching? Don't know which of the two to choose from, thanks.

Only pics are with a phone. It looks just like those already on the site though. I did get the 1.2 shorter and I'm glad I did. Still plenty of leather. I was going to get gray stitching but ended up with black. Still kind of think the silver might be too much. The knob matches the wheel well and I think that may be enough color for me.
