I just got the Rexpeed Evo x hood dampers and they are awesome! Shipping was supper fast as always, less than a week. Installation time is no more than 10 minutes. All you need to install them is a 10mm and a 12mm. All the hardware is included and it’s a pretty straight forward process, but don’t worry it comes with instructions. If you want to get rid of the “rod” that holds your hood open, this is the way to go. They are real carbon fiber and look amazing in person, the pictures never do carbon fiber justice. The fitment is great and I had no problems opening or closing my hood. This is how the Evo should have come from the factory.

Nice. Do you think this will fit the Lancer GTS since you're guy's hood fits perfectly with ours so I say why not right?

I think it would fit as long as the hood has the same bolt and in the same possition. I'll check my sister-in-laws lancer this weekend and tell you if they are exactly the same.

There is some play when you're installing the brackets that hold the dampers in place so you can possition them just right.
