Take apart doors to get window tint?
There are two pieces, the top ones, and a little bit in there is a second set that actually keep stuff out of the door i guess (correct me if i am wrong though)
What i do, is put my windows all the way down every weekend, then go and clean the inside rubbers thoroughly to keep dust/dirt off of them. so far i have avoided scratches.
my gtfour is like this also, sucks, but ya gatta do what ya gatta do to keep a good looking car and functional windows (i took them off but got weary about my window floppin around - especially when friends would close the door a bit hard)

^ Every weekend? No way would I have the time for that, as much as I want to keep my car in beautiful shape...
I ended up putting some moleskin on my windows too. It's been a few weeks, but so far all is working great. I hope that the moleskin will hold up to time and heat. At worst case, I was thinking about cutting off and/or heavily sanding down those rubber blades. But now that I hear the window will flop around, I'm a bit weary of that route.

by clean them, i simply take a wet paper towel (or whatever you use to clean your windows) and just wipe off any build up or dust, dirt, anything gritty - takes about 10-20 seconds per door, and i do it when i clean my windows.
i am going to also go the moleskin route myself, just have been regretfully putting it off - paranoid they will scratch up in the mean time

Cleaning it helps verrrrrrrry much... takes about 5 second while you are washing your car.
