Headlights

I just bought an Evo X GSR Monday, but I wanted to change the headlights to a super bright white. It has some regualr headlights that look almost yellow. Im wanting my lights to look like the new Benz and BMWs. Can someone let me know what lights to buy? I really want like the hyper crystal white color. Idk how to explain.

So you bought a base model and you want the projectors with HID's? I'm not sure I understand what's going on here.

That or can he not just get some Sylvania Silverstar Ultra's?

Those are a bright, white light that should be a lot cheaper than replacing his headlights to HID.

no halogen bulbs are gonna look as good as projector + hid + ballast.

there's many many threads that you can search to do retrofits. There are many talented individuals who can do them for you at a very reasonable price well below what the dealer will charge you.

With projector lenses designed for a halogen bulb. You won't get near the quality of light with the depo projectors.

You need 5000K Morimoto HID Bulbs. theretrofitsource sells them.

6000K is blueish white
4300K is stock yellowish white

5000K is what you're talking about.

Depot lights are worth every penny. I paid 280 for the projectors, 50 for the relay, 50 for HID set. Best mod ever and you can't even really tell the difference. The output is good.
