Carbon wrap on dash trim

Hey guys, last night I finished wrapping the two gloss black trim pieces on the dash. I used 3M 1080 Carbon wrap, it has a matte/satin finish and goes really well with the dash. I was skeptical at first but after seeing the final product I'm pretty exited to do the two door trim pieces as well. The left piece looks the same as the larger piece on the right, but the camera flash made it look pretty glossy.

Let me know what you guys think!

I'm not really sure, I read that wrapping on the outside of a car needs replaced about every 2 years. But since stuff on the interior isn't exposed to the elements I would assume it lasts longer than that.

Looks good. I also did this last week. Had a few mistakes as it was my first time vinyl wrapping but came out great. Just need to find some time to do the trim on the doors.

I have had mine wrapped for close to 2 years. Still looks as good as the first day. Try to keep Armor All away from it.

I just used the 3M 1080 carbon wrap, right off amazon. And the corners can be pretty tricky, but a blowdryer/heat gun and alot of patience is key.

Some corners are just too tight for the wrap to handle, in which case I would cut a "V" shape out and lay the two pieces up to match, just like you would lay real carbon fiber. You definitely want to avoid doing this is noticeable places since the changes in direction of the design is obvious.
