i am NOT using my car with asc off, i am using my car as daily car with normal use of it, i rarely get over half of throttle and rarely get over 4000rpms. But imagine the service manager is believing on his mechanics, not me, with the first idea of the car was right. I think they are amateurs ingorants. Well they look like it.

WTF? Our cars can put 70% of the power to the rear wheels? That's news to me...I thought it was maximum 50% to the rears and ONLY when required. Sounds fishy?

I would try a different dealer. That crap would **** me off.

LOL dude don't rely on this case to judge the car! I love my EVO X it handles very well (since properly aligned) and it has great power and acceleration.
