KW V3. Had them on my Subaru, nothing short of amazing. Got them new for $1700 shipped, and they easily compare to coilovers twice their price when it comes to build quality & ride quality. No offense to these coilovers that claim they have 36 adjustments, but can you actually feel a difference between 1 click open and 2 clicks open? Highly unlikely. With the V3's you can feel a difference with 1 click. Suspension is a big deal, and if you're looking into coilovers don't short yourself. Go with the V3's. Plus the shock bodies are stainless steel, I ran mine through 3 winters, and when I sold the car they still shined like the day I bought them.

You don't need a DA coilover for what you plan on using the car for. Grab a set of Eibach R1's and be happy.

I am currently running them on my car. Excellent coilover, excellent performance and unrivaled build quality. I am completely satisfied with the coilovers. I can't think of a coilover in the same price range that's a better buy than the KW Variant 3s.

What's it matter? If performance is what you crave the maximum drop should be the last of questions you should conjure up. If you're looking to "slam" your ride, than I would suggest you go for a nice set of Tien S Techs or H Techs or Eibachs or any other crappy lowering spring the market has to offer.

That's a huge factor for me. Rusty coilovers FTL.

I went with AST 5100s. They have a unique monotube design, can be upgraded to the 5200s or 5300s for more adjustment parameters, and are amazing for street or track applications. The whole AST 5100 setup (inclduing GT springs, tender springs, camber plates) cost around $3,700. I run them on 7/12 for the street. I'm using Works sway bars with the ASTs.

if money's no object, go for the ASTs, if you dont want to spend as much, the KWs are really good.

AMR Engeneering.

Check them out they make a fenomenal suspension. 8 way adjustable etc , with a very very friendly price. Also you can stiff them up and lower the car down for track use. Basically is almost unlimited the possibilities with them. They are awesome for DD too. Since you can have from a very soft to a very stiff set up
