Average cost for powder-coating?

not only is the temperature range critical, but how long it bakes for too. a lot of two-bit powdercoating shops will just throw your wheels in an oven with a load of other stuff and bake them all at once for the same duration due to costs and "efficiency." bad news for the wheels.
