They typically go about the same as shocks on any other car. 60-100k miles depending on use. Less with lowering springs.

Is this a joke? I hope you are joking. If you are looking for better ride comfort urethane bushings are the last thing you would do.

anyway to answer OP, you could look into running softer sway bars. Cusco makes gravel sway bars that are softer than stock. You could also look for a sway bar bracket that gives you more leverage on the stock sway bar.

The other route may be to get some coilovers and run very soft springs with the dampers set to the softest setting.

A non performance tire with tall, soft sidewalks may improve the ride a bit.

also big pillows on the seat might help
