Cfamber Question
I'm in the process of turning my Evo into a dedicated track car. I'm not going to go to full slicks yet but I will get something like an Proxes RR. I have Ohlin R/T coilovers. I'm thinking -3 front and -2.5 rear. Is that too aggressive?

Thanks. I know this is just a start and that I'll be tweaking the camber as I get used to the changes I'm planning to make. I haven't done a track day since last July and I'm still three months away from the car being ready, so I'm going to be a little rusty. I'll start the year with some RS4s that have three half track days from last yeard get a second set of Konigs for the Proxes RRs or equivalent.

It ends up depending a lot on the tire, and how aggressive you are. If you're just starting out at the track, I would suggest staying on a 200tw tire like the Hankook RS4, Bridgestone, RE71r, BFG Rival, etc for 10-15 track days. Sticky tires hide mistakes, so even though you're going faster, you may not be improving.
With 200tw tires you'll likely end up in the -2.5* to -3* and around -2* in the rear. Moving up to an Nitto NT01 or Toyo RR, a good baseline would be to add about .5* from where you were on the 200tw tires.
