Over revving
I was finsihing all of 4 gear at 6700rpm I went to shift and the gears are so close on my new MR , I went into 3rd but I sort of felt that so I didnt release the clutch much and I revved to 7500 so let off.
My question is I had an Integra Gsr and I lived in the redline, this being turbo is different, so how much can you play with the redline?

Don't worry about it. I wouldn't do it every day, but the motor CAN take the occasional abuse of a mistake. I did a similar thing in a race and pushed to 7400rpms. No sweat.
Besides, if you modify your ECU with a flash, they reset the redline at 7250 or 7850 anyway.

not for most 4 cylinders today
ive overrevved mine past 8500 before by shifting from 3rd to second on an upshift
(the engine sounds like a motorcycle at that rpm, its not a very enjoyable noise)
the car is perfectly fine
175- 180-180-185 compression at 40k

I'm not talking about commuting here, I'm talking about the most fun you'll ever have in a car with your pants on.
