Question Need Help on Car Parts

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I am only 14 and I do not drive yet, but I am very interested in car and would like to learn more about them. I currently don't know anything about car parts. For example: I do not know what a flywheel is and all those car parts. I was just wondering if there is some site or if someone can tell me what every part in a car does.

Thanks for the help. =)

Hanging out with a mechanic (if you know any) could be useful as well.

Good luck!

How stuff works.com has a lot of useful.... stuff. That, and search your *** off in this forum. If you have a question - more than likely, there's a thread about it.

Ok, heres a joke for you, may make you laugh.

What is the difference between someone wearing a "turbin", and someone wearing a dot on their forehead?

One is Push-start, and the other is Pull-start.
