What Deal on your EVO did you get?
whoa, why are you guys paying MSRP? the IX's almost out and MSRP is around $500 more. granted the 0% financing wouldn't be available for that but still I think you coulda talked them down a bit more....
Some people are shy enough that they'd just rather not negotiate and pay a bit more to avoid the confrontation that negotiation requires. It's a very odd concept for me but I've seen lots of folks doing it.

I bought an 05 EVO MR for $28,905 on Thursday in MO. It came with an Apexi cat-back, downpipe, and after market air intake, plus EGT gauge, Alpine CD tuner, Alpine seperates up front, window tint, and an RFL blow off valve. Oh, it also had about 10K miles on it.

I just bought an 03 Yellow GSR w/20k miles for 24 OTD.
It was spotless and came with a $2k Pioneer DVD/Navi Touchscreen Unit, Defi Digital Guages & Defi Link, Blizt TT, MBC, Intake, Exhaust, aftearmarket strut bars, blizzacks mounted on stock wheels, and a nice car cover.
Was that a decent deal?

yeah i just bought my 03 evo viii for 22.8 k and its got 20,000 miles. Its got around 4.5k in mods and work though. (AEM EMS, HKS exhaust, Eclipse stereo, numerous perrin upgrades, etc.)
i really wanted one with less miles, but i figure the evo holds value pretty solid, so ill keep it for a few years and see what i can do!!

New 2005 VIII (18mi on odo) 30.3k (before TTL) w/0% 36mo, but I took 1.9% 48mo. My wife balked at the 36mo pmts - she is weird like that. They offered 29.3k with standard financing, but it saved a lot of money to give back 1k and go with the lower interest rate.
