I'll take pity this time.

The Large "EVOLUTION VIII" is a UK badge that a lot of people install to replace the smaller ones that we get in the lower left of the trunk.

The stock seats on the VIII are black and blue, while the seats that come with the SSL (sun sound and leather package) are the black leather.

I think the leather comes with the SSL package. It's pretty much the fully loaded evo. As far as the badge is concerned, I dunno if it's the "non US" version that has the badges across the back, or if it's the different years. My evo has it on the bottom left corner. But I've seen it stretched across the middle too. I think that's only on the 03's

Ok the only thing I stated incorrectly was the part about the badge. WHICH I actually stated correctly early in my post. BTW me and the mod were typing at the same time.

1. Strict adherence to LOF schedule

2. Need to purchase replacement ADVAN OE tires ~every 10k miles (~$1000)

3. Replace brake pads every year

4. Replace rotors every two years

These are the bare minimum maintenance requirements.

The EVO is only a high maintenance car if you drive it hard 24/7. This car isn't that much high maintenance.
