Does this pay sound reasonable?

Sup EvoM, I need your help..

I am 14 y/o and next year when I am 15 1/2, I'm gonna try to get a job at my local Toyota dealership as a detailer. Not the detailer that paints cars but the kind that cleans the new cars and gets them ready for the customers. But anywyas, I start off at $7 an hour, and I can work 4 hours a day after school so that is $28 a day, and 6 days a week so that is $168. And $168 times 4 because there are four weeks in a moth is....$672 so that is more than enough for a mothly payment. Now, my mom said that she would take care of the down and I'll try to bargain with the dealer so I can get an IX for $27,000 without the SSL. So I'm just asking, does this sound right to you guys? Or should I wait until they mark down the IX's?

Edit: My mom will put down a $10k down so thatll make the monthly payment like about $350 and it's not going to be a daily driver, I'll drive it often but not so much that I would often have to replace the tires, clutch, brakes, etc. My mom will pay the insurance too....

i wouldn't do it. first of all, what about tax? second, even at $672 a month, maintaining an evo will be a stratch. who is going to pay for insurance? tires, clutch, GAS etc.. the evo is not a cheap car to own by any means. honestly, just buy a cheaper car (maybe even a used wrx) and use that for a couple of years. later on when you get a solid job, buy the evo and enjoy it with out worries.

Yeah Evos are expensive little girls. They need good brakes. Good gas. Good tires. Good spark plugs. Good oil. etc. Nothings cheap nowadays. I don't regret buying my baby but, I would advise making sure you have at least.... at least..... 2500 saved up for emergencies... such as, a bad clutch or an accident, etc.

Good luck!

Dude why rush into that type of committment at such a young age. The money you make will barely cover your gas and payment. What happens when your sick or miss work to score some booty? The Evo is not cheap to maintain as stated above. Enjoy being young and save your money. I would buy a cheap used car around 10k. Ask your mother to co-sign a loan and start building your credit.
