doesnt matter tuning is everything these days. hell like my sig says with very very minimal simple bolt ons and properly tuned I am most likely in the 11's. And all I spent was around 1200bucks.

I know but my A/F wasn't tuned when I had run that time, now it is. I can't wait to see what it runs now.

Yeah you should be where I am at now. Maybe even faster. I am around 11.8. Once cams I should be down around 11.5.
If I incorporated every bolt on and left the engine/turbo/and IC stock I would prolly run low 11's. Of course that is just speculation however, I beleive there was a company that already achieved this in a evo 8.

So if they couldnt hang on the freeway then they sure as hell wont hang in a 1/4 especially if I myself am running high 11's with my set of mods in my sig.

The last z28 that ran at qualcomm which is a 1/8mile it was modded pretty good it even had a data logger with his laptop it was only running like 8.9 @ 78mph.

You are prolly looking at a mid to high 13sec car.
WOW! Did they all have a stall/tq converter and the power this guy has. Skilz a Stall/tq converter on slicks will pull a way better 60 ft than an Evo. These guys can go mid 11s with alot less Whp than many would believe. Gearing and launch = great Ets with only decent Mph. If this guy had a six speed I would say no way.

Thirdly, how do we know you havent put some crazy beast engine in your car when you ran those times and you arent telling us. The only times I truly beleive is ones that I myself have seen or you have an acclaimed source to back those times up.

Not to mention, I have seen what I myself do to more powerful camaros on the street and track and there is no way that your car which dynos around the same amount of hp can have faster et's than my car which is lighter and is awd. Sorry it just aint ognna happen.

Maybe if you told us exactly what you have instead of hiding w/e mods you are running we would beleive you.

You cant possibly come in here telling us that you are running around the same et's as a viper which is a much more poerful car than yours with 2 bolt ons. Sorry try again bud.
Ignorant!

Hell ams evo ran a 9.1 and all he had was a tbe.

I am not doubting you possibly ran that time but I ma doubting you ran it with just 2 mods. Unless if it was nitrous or some type of a FI kit then sorry not possible unless you have some type of gifted camaro. Cause like I said I have seen ones more powerful than yours that tra at lower speeds and higher et's. This is why its so doubting.
TQ and gearing Skilz. U know all though!

I am trapping higher than you with half your engine with better et's on STOCK tires dude. Welcome to the evo community. South coast mitsu is taking trade ins now.
Where's your 1/4 mile slip?

Wow, this went a long way. Roarin, I know all about how the stall converter works and how important the tires are, but that's just for ET, and I haven't questioned ET. What I question is you trapping 112 in a car that heavy with only 310whp on a Dynojet. Hell, an Evo with a few hundred less lbs can't trap that high with 310whp. You said you ran 13.2@106 on the same mods, but then ran 12.2@112 after adding the stall and tires. How did you gain 60whp worth of trap speed with 2 mods that don't add power? I am not questioning the ET at all - just the fact that your power to weight ratio does not add up to 112mph traps.

That is exactly what O have been saying for the last 3 pages now and everyone looks at me like I am a nutcase.

its plain and simple mathematics that dont add up. i swear he is not telling us something but w/e its not worth arguing over.

You cant be serious. Please stfu and stop following me cause I have to prove you wrong yet again. I highly doubt roarin is pulling 1.5 60's. If he is then that car is definitely modded alot more than what he is telling us.

Also mph is related to et time in most cases.

This discussion has nothing to do with tq and gearing. Please learn to read pancho.
