under the drivers seat theres a plug that goes to the buckle insert....unplug it


and to the people giving him a hard time.....its his car, regardless if illegal.....how many of you have test pipes??? lol ya thats what i thought! shut up!!!!!!!

Dude test pipes arent illegal in most states. Most states dont have the strenuous smog laws as cali does.

However, in all 50states seat belts are required when sitting in a vehicle whethor or not it is on or off.

Besides you cant possibly compare a device that saves your life and protects you against a device that has nothing to do with safety other than the air you breath.
