Hey guys, i finally registered the car in NY after buying it in PA so now i have to deal with installing the front license plate bracket.
Any1 know any easy/nice/no hole method to install the front plate on a EVO IX?
Thanks

Hate to say, but you'll need to drill few holes on your bumper.
If your state require front license plate, I would just do it. Instead of taking chance of not having plate mounted and ticketed.

I don't use one.
If you get a license plate or tint ticket in CA, you have to visit the police station after fixing the problem to get it signed off. Costs only $10. Happened to me a few times with my older cars.
Weighing my options, I'd rather get busted, than drill holes into the bumper.
