As far as SLAMMING an EVO, again prob not a great idea. The suspension in the car is ver percise as it is and lowering it works great, but slamming it probably will do more harm then good.

yea, i'll probably just get the cable and software for when i get to know he 4G platform alot better. i can VAG-COM/lemmiwinks my car fine, but it was with alot of research and time.

and yea i know its not good for slamming the evo, as that screws up the suspension geometry, i only would do that for shows, etc etc

also, what would you guys say the lowest someone should lower an evo before it reverses the process of being a good suspension? just like my gti, it'll handle alot better if i kept it at stock height, with the suspension set up i have right now.

Couple quick points...most of these questions have been answered a million times, the search is a GREAT feature.

The EVO doesnt NEED an upgraded FPR, but an walboro FP is reccommended if your tuning this thing.

first off it is not how low you should set the vechile it is the spring damp rebound settings that will get you where u need to go......if u lower it to much the susp will be insufficient and you will bottom out......#2 this thread needs to be scrappe d.
