BTW, anyone who doesn't believe I pay my own bills, go on over to Evo Show and Shine and look at who made that HOW TO: Detail the Evolution Concours Style (not even close to done, but a work in progress none the less)....you think I only do that for my car :lol?

I agree that to a degree the language used by this one individual is illiterate at best.

My advice to you is to not enter a battle of wits when you are obviously and evidently unarmed. Even by responding like you did you've proven him correct.

so what kind of jobs are you holding down that you are able to pay for these cars "on your own"? or is it that mom and dad just pay for everything else? because income wise, to be on your own and living within your means (actually saving a little like smart people should) you'd have to be pulling in i'd guess around 35-40k/yr, starting from scratch completely on your own out of school.

Are you serious? don't come here and tell us your parents are not helping you at all. 17, man get real.

Come on, purecode. Don't be such a rationalist. You want to assume everything, then so will I. When you were 17 was mom and dad paying for everything of yours? It is likely. When you were 17 did your parents feed you? It is likely.

Nobody here is denying that being 17 and owning one has its financial advantages. Don't go beyond that. Don't assume our parents are paying for the cars. Don't assume they are paying for mods, insurance, gas, or anything about the car. You have no right to assume it. Entropy does not allow such broad accusations. You are making William of Ockham roll over in his grave. Instead of making yourself look like just another "hater" why not prove yourself and ASK THE QUESTIONS!! WTF!
