Like KO's been saying, you're installing the damn thing upside down. The heatshield is supposed to go on TOP of the damn filter, not the bloody bottom.

Yes the instructions are in Japanese but follow the damn diagram that comes with it and it's as easy as pie. There are a few bolts that are a pain to tighten down, but it's pretty damn straight forward. If you're unable to install it properly, go pay someone that knows how to do it.

Warr, I have the filter but in no way am I condoning this guy's douche baggery. After reading numerous posts with you saying the stock box is good up to 400awhp, I decided to go with this filter because a) I'm going to be pushing well over 400awhp very soon, b) it's a maintenance free lifetime filter, c) because it uses the stock MAF pipe so I don't have to worry about properly fitting my recirc Forge RS DV on it.

 

This guy just listens to everything, then it goes right out the other ear, what a moron. He thinks his way is right, let him do so, then he's gonna come crying for help after he screws up. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
