Noob question: Smoke under hard accel

Yeah. I ordered a heat shield b4 I ordered the car. And mines wicked white!.
Easy grey smoke is burning off gaskets and exhausts. Do you hit 2step often?
If so. Then your shoving in gas that's unused.

a stock evo is very rich above 4k rpm and throws a considerable amount of smoke on the top end at WOT.

Thanks guys. That makes me feel a ton better. It doesn't smoke at all under normal around town driving, hot or cold, only under hard acceleration.

From what I've seen it happens to nearly every turbo car in all types of weather usually only under hard acceleration. Usually a few puffs of black smoke comes out when you really get on it but only for a few seconds.
