Getting a TURBO XS TBE. Should I get Race pipe?

Im getting the TURBO XS TBE. Now, I'm not sure if it will make a huge difference if I got the Race pipe or If i chose to stick with the normal catalyc converter. TURBO XS TBE owners out there, what would you recommend?

I have the TXS catback, Perrin DP, and Ultimate Racing straight pipe. I think it sounds pretty mellow without the cat. The stock cat is going to rob a fair amount of power. If you want to keep the cat, atleast buy a larger hi-flow unit. I'v seen the stock cat cost from 10 - 20 hp on the dyno.

I have a full turboxs tbe with the race pipe, I love it and it is on the loud side but sticking with the stock cat will restrict you some and rob you of power. I'm in favor of the test pipe but if don't wanna go that route at least do yourself the service of buying a high flow cat.

Get the test pipe. It only makes a sound difference when going WOT. I had to put my cat con back on for an inspections and didn't notice any sound difference except at WOT. The power difference is rather big though. Much more power to be had with a test pipe.
