It all depends on what mods you have. You would also have to be tuned for it.

I run a cutout mainly because of cops and i do a lot of highway driving... Its nice to cruise and here nothing with it closed...

I cant garentee if i make any more power than a tbe, but i definetly spool faster which is pretty nice.

and

+1 for stealth =-)

I would put mine as close to the muffler as I could. I would want as much back pressure as I could get with it wide open.

it makes a couple more whp than a tbe, nothing to crazy.....

spool is a little better too, the close u put it to the turbo the better....

I would skip QTP, i've never ever ever heard of someones motor lasting longer then 7-8 months.

I've had my race ready from jegs.com for over a year now and have yet to have an issue with it. They also do have a lifetime warranty and from the reviews i read they cover everything even if its water damage.

Cheers!

ive seen people that have had the QTP cutout on their cars for over a year and no problems.... it all depends on how its installed... imho.. and QTP is original... that JEGS peice is a knock-off of the QTP piece.. and its like $50 more and theres a cool bunch of guys working at QTP.... so they get my vote!
