Fluids?

So i've tried searching with only limited success, I was wondering what everybody uses for their trans, axle, T-case ETC. And why? I plan on changing all my fluids next week and I've got way more options than I need. Also, I have a slight grind going into third gear. Is there a fluid out there that will help to remedy this problem? thanks for the help.

I use Redline. They are popular among the racing crowd. Plenty of guys I know who race their M3 or Porsche use this stuff. Check out their website. They actually have an entire fluid kit for the Evo.

That's kind of odd. I don't know if I just force my 2-3 shifts too much but I don't feel a grind at high revs. only when driving normally.
And this diaqueen? HUH?

Diaqueen is the stock OEM fluid. It's not bad stuff.
