Lojack Installation

I just had lojack installed on my car today.. Was kinda worried what the guy would have taken apart in the car, but he did it in only 30 minutes, and theres only so much you could do at that time. After he was finished, he gave me the keys, informed me more about lojack, and then took off. My dad and I made a run down on the car, looks like everything is good until I noticed wires being exposed. I, myself, have just noticed these wires, but they could have been there ever since. Can you EVO owners confirm whether or not these wires are exposed. Picture is attached. Thanks in advance!

For reference, this picture is taken right under the latch where you pop the hood.
