ac shifting issue

i guess the search engine doesn't pick up ac issues or ac engine. When I have the ac on and shift gears, I feel the clutch slip into gear. Like a small bucking. But when the ac is off, every shift goes in fine. Is this a common issue? Thanks!

just shift at a higher rpm with the ac on.

Just tried it today shifting at a higher rpm. Still the same issue. damn
