So I have searched and found threads with similar issues but none of them where ever resolved.

About a week ago I had my clutch installed and after two days of driving im now locked out of every gear upon start up and anytime I sit in neutral.

The strange things are: if I start the car in gear and drive off it shifts like a dream, if i never let off the clutch pedal it shifts like a dream, if after sitting and I get locked out all I have to do is rev the engine between 3k and 4k and it will glide in like butter and the strangest of them all is if the A/C is on, the car shifts after sitting but just a little notchy.

Anyone have any ideas as to why it is like this?

I would start by adjusting your clutch pedal/ rod. It sounds like it is probably dragging. Good luck.

Clutch shifter linkage in the engine bay

 

Well, my clutch starting to act weird lately too. When I press it all the way to the end, you will hear a click sound...I HATE IT!!!

 

what do you mean by the clutch shifter linkage? what am i looking for because i can get in there and move them through the gears by hand and its smooth as can be.
ive adjusted the pedal exactly how in the video for the dsm's
i even went as far as bleeding the system and pushing the slave cyl rod back to get as much air out as possible befor retightening.

 

any one else have any ideas?

 

air in the line maybe? try bleeding it if you know how.

 

Bled several times now, even pushed the rod on the slave back in to get any extra air out.
this is annoying. after driving for a hour or so it shifts better but notchy. anyone think the fluids may be to think or something? redline mt90 is whats in the trans

 

Now im getting locked in gear if i deaccel to low rpms. if i blip the gas it will release the gear.
anyone have anymore insight on what could be the problem?

 

what kind of clutch did you install?

 

Clutchmasters stage 3 clutch with gruppe-s flywheel. i had the same clutch befor with no problem at all.
