Whats wrong with my drivetrain?
completely normal. The howling or sqealing noize as the clutch engages is just a harmonic being transmitted through the drivetrain. If you launch the car hard a few times that seems to go away, but then after some daily easy driving it comes back.
The noize on decelleration is the clutch, transfercase, transmission and rear diff noizes being transmitted through the drivetrain. The exedy doesn't have some of the noize absorbing features of the stock clutch. It is normal for it to get louder over time.

Well its a 03 and I have had the car since Feburary and I launched it then at the track but I havent since then and thats about 6 months ago. So is launching the car going to further the noise and escalate the problem?
Throw out bearing
You didn't discribe the noise. is it a jingle, or does it growl ? does it get louder with the clutch pushed in ? if so i would agree with the throw out bearing. When the go they freeze up (stop spinning) and take the fingers off of the pressure plate.
If your gut tells you something isn't right get it taken apart because it probably isn't. doing it now may cost you a bearing, later a whole clutch.

When Im driving normal say 50 mph or so everything is ok and nothing is wrong at all. However, the moment that I take my foot off the gas all the way or slightly is when the noise starts. It sounds like a chatter noise of something hitting something. Its like there is a million things slapping each other and the moment I push the gas pedal it all goes away and sometimes when I push the clutch pedal in it squeaks time to time.

I finally drove my Evo after I let it sit for 2-3 weeks and she is still making the same noise so could this be, once again a possible transfer case problems or maybe synchros?.....all help is appreciated.
Still having this problem? I have the same thing happening to me but I have an ACT with a lightened flywheel. The sound is more like a heavy vibration though. My guess is just really bad clutch chatter or something in the tcase. My tcase was replaced aprox. 15k miles ago though, so I hope that's not it.
