What kind of traffic do you drive in? Stop-and-go might get kind of tiresome, but for the most part there are plenty of people who DD their Evos with no issues at all. Since you haven't driven manual for a while I'd suggest taking the car out on some back roads with no traffic and get used to the clutch. Every car I've driven has always had a different clutch feel.
traffic doesnt get to bad around my area, but im going tot he dealership saturday and traffic around there might not be too great...
but once i get home... prolly just take it around the block a few times to get used to driving.
also i heard that the nice/expensive the car the easier it is to drive.(ex. viper?)

I DD mine, it's fine took me 1.5 hrs to get home in traffic tonight no biggie. I think it moreso depends on what you're coming from. BMW --> Evo probably gonna suck. DSM --> Evo a step up. The stock clutch is light so your foot doesn't really get tired or anything.
well im coming from a lancer oz...
but its an auto.
last year i drove my friends golf gti stick and he was giving me a bitta practice, it wasnt too hard but i did kill it once or twice.
and before i got my lancer i drove a wrx and i had no problem with that.

The Evo is a little easier to stall being AWD ... it just takes a little more initial torque to get rolling. The clutch isn't tiring once you're used to it. I came from a VW and was used to a constant stop and work commute. The Evo felt no different. If it matters, 10 seconds of full throttle is worth any leg aches you might get from the clutch in traffic.
